Shipping policy

Verzending

BioLuxea levert uitsluitend aan afleveradressen in Nederland en België. Producten met “Binnenkort beschikbaar” zijn niet te bestellen; we nemen daarvoor geen pre-orders aan.

Kosten inclusief btw

  • Nederland: €6,95; gratis standaardverzending vanaf €55 aan producten na korting.
  • België: €12,95 voor standaardverzending.

Het definitieve totaal, inclusief 21% btw en eventuele verzendkosten, staat vóór betaling in de checkout. Er is geen btw-vrije besteloptie.

Levering

Voor beschikbare producten is de indicatie voor standaardlevering 3–5 werkdagen. Dit is een inschatting, geen gegarandeerde bezorgdatum. We beloven geen verzending op dezelfde dag. Een afwijkende termijn wordt vóór bestellen vermeld. Zonder een andere afspraak leveren we uiterlijk binnen 30 dagen na het sluiten van de koop.

Bij vertraging informeren we je. Bij niet-tijdige levering kun je gebruikmaken van je wettelijke rechten, waaronder na een redelijke aanvullende termijn ontbinding en terugbetaling, of direct wanneer de wet dat toestaat. BioLuxea blijft verantwoordelijk voor verlies of beschadiging tot jij of je aangewezen ontvanger de bestelling ontvangt.

Controleer je afleveradres vóór betaling. Mail bij een fout, een zoekgeraakt pakket of transportschade naar bioluxea@gmail.com. Voor retourzendingen geldt het retourbeleid.

Shipping

BioLuxea delivers only to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Items marked “Coming soon” cannot be ordered; no pre-orders are accepted for them.

Costs including VAT

  • Netherlands: €6.95; free standard shipping for products totalling €55 or more after discounts.
  • Belgium: €12.95 standard shipping.

The final total, including 21% VAT and any shipping charge, is displayed before payment at checkout. No VAT-free ordering option is offered.

Delivery

Estimated standard delivery for available products is 3–5 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We do not promise same-day dispatch. Any different delivery period is stated before ordering. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is due within 30 days of the sale contract.

We inform you about delays. Statutory late-delivery rights apply, including termination and repayment after a reasonable additional period, or immediately where the law allows. BioLuxea bears loss or damage risk until you or your nominated recipient receive the goods.

Check your delivery address before payment. Email bioluxea@gmail.com about address errors, missing parcels or transit damage. Returns are covered by the returns policy.
