Consumer rights when sales begin

Before sales are enabled, BioLuxea will provide the applicable 14-day withdrawal information, model form, return address, return costs, refund timing and method, statutory conformity rights, and a permanent online withdrawal function. Any hygiene or sealed-product exception will only be used for a specific product when legally and factually justified and clearly disclosed before purchase.

This pre-launch notice does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
